枇杷生物活性物质积累机制的研究进展

摘要:

枇杷(Eriobotrya japonica)是一种营养与药用价值兼备的蔷薇科植物,其果实、叶片、种子和花中富含多种生物活性物质,如黄酮类、酚酸类、三萜酸类、挥发油和多糖,这些物质赋予了枇杷抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、降血糖和护肺等多种药理活性。生物活性物质的含量和组成是决定枇杷品质和功效的关键,而它们的积累受到复杂的内部机制和外部环境的共同调控。本文系统综述了近年来枇杷主要生物活性物质的种类与功能研究进展,重点阐述了其生物合成途径、关键酶基因调控、特异性积累规律,以及分子调控机制的研究进展,指出当前研究中存在的机制不明、多因子交互作用研究薄弱等问题,并展望了多组学整合分析、基因编辑应用和产学研转化等未来发展方向,以期为枇杷活性成分的高效利用和产业增值提供理论支撑。

Abstract:

Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica) is a plant of the Rosaceae family valued for both its nutritional and medicinal properties. Its fruits, leaves, seeds and flowers are rich in various bioactive compounds, such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, triterpenic acids, essential oils and polysaccharides. These substances confer multiple pharmacological activities to loquat, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, hypoglycemic, and lung-protective effects. The content and composition of these bioactive compounds are crucial determinants of loquat quality and efficacy, and their accumulation is jointly regulated by complex internal mechanisms and external environmental factors. This systematic review summarizes recent research progress on the types and functions of major bioactive compounds in loquat, focusing on advances in their biosynthetic pathways, key enzyme gene regulation, specific accumulation patterns, and molecular regulatory mechanisms. It highlights existing gaps in understanding, such as unclear mechanisms and insufficient investigation of multifactorial interactions, while outlining future directions including multi-omics integration analysis, gene editing applications, and industry-academia-research collaboration. These efforts aim to provide theoretical support for the efficient utilization of loquat bioactive components and industrial value enhancement.
