摘要: 随着经济贸易全球化以及人们对食品安全问题的关注,国际食品法典(CAC)的作用越来越大。印度是CAC工作做得比较出色的发展中国家之一。文章就印度食品法典的机构设置、工作机制、资金来源及代表团管理等方面进行介绍,并对我国的CAC工作提出一些建议。

Abstract: With the globalization of economy and trade, as well as concerns of food safety, the importance of Codex Alimentarius Committee (CAC) is increasing. In the developing countries, Codex India is operating quite successfully. In this paper, the organization, working mechanisms, sources of funding and the delegation management of Codex India, etc. were introduced, and some suggestions were put forward to CAC work of China.
