台风对浙江省农业生产影响及防御措施

摘要: 对1949—2008年浙江农业生产有影响的台风资料和同期的农业灾情数据进行统计分析,探讨影响浙江省台风的主要气候特征和每次台风产生的农业灾害的变化趋势,以及台风对主要农作物生长可能的影响。提出了结合浙江省农业生产实际,通过调整产业结构,加强防灾减灾能力建设,科学防御台风灾害等措施和对策,确保农业高产稳产的技术措施,为科学防御台风灾害提供了依据。

Abstract: The data of typhoon that affect agricultural production and agricultural disaster information in 1949—2008 were statistically analyzed, and the chief climatic characters of typhoon and the variation tendency of each agricultural disaster and the possible impact of typhoon on the major crops in Zhejiang Province were discussed. Furthermore, combined with Zhejiang agricultural production practice, the technical measures though adjusting industrial structure, enhancing the ability to guard against disasters and mitigate their damages, were proposed to scientifically defend the impact of typhoon disaster in order to ensure high and stable yields of agricultural production, which provided a scientific basis for prevention of typhoon disasters.
