摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)和翘嘴红鲌(Erythroculter ilishaeformis)的血细胞为材料,以鸡血细胞为DNA标准(2.5 pg/2C),利用流式细胞仪(Beckman Coulter Quanta SC)分别采用内标法和外标法测定其细胞核DNA含量。结果表明,翘嘴鳜和翘嘴红鲌的血细胞DNA含量分别为鸡血细胞的0.69倍和0.87倍,换算成绝对含量分别为1.74 pg/2C和2.18 pg/2C。

Abstract: The cellular DNA contents of Siniperca chuatsi and Erythroculter ilishaeformis were studied using flow cytometry with Gallus domestics red blood cells as an internal / external standard. The results showed that the DNA contents of Siniperca chuatsi and Erythroculter ilishaeformis were 0.69 and 0.87 times of Gallus domestics, respectively. The absolute DNA contents were 1.74 pg/2C and 2.18 pg/2C, respectively．
