生活污泥猪粪混合好氧堆肥技术研究

Study on aerobic composting of sewage sludge mixed with pig manure

摘要: 以城市生活污水剩余污泥为主要原料,按3种不同体积比添加猪粪和木屑进行好氧堆肥研究。结果表明,3种处理均能实现剩余污泥的无害化、减量化和资源化。从堆体温度、pH值和含水率3个指标看,堆肥前期16 d是堆肥的快速反应阶段,第16天后堆肥基本处于后腐熟阶段。从全氮和种子发芽率指标看,堆体C[V(污泥)︰V(猪粪)︰V(木屑)=55%︰22.5%︰22.5%]的氮损失最少,堆肥腐熟程度最高。

Abstract: Aerobic composting was carried out with 3 different volume ratios of sewage sludge, pig manure and sawdust. The results showed that three treatments all can realize harmlessness, minimization and recycling. According to the pile temperature, pH and moisture content, former 16 d was the fast reaction stage, and after that was rotten stage. The results of total nitrogen and germination index showed that nitrogen loss of pile C was the least with the volume ratio of sewage sludge, pig manure and sawdust as 55%∶22.5%∶22.5%, and the rotten degree of pile C was the highest in three piles.
