摘要: 采用液中干燥法制备微胶囊化禽霍乱疫苗,并对制成的微胶囊外形、粒径分布、包封率及缓释性能等进行了研究。结果表明,该方法制成的微胶囊呈球形,外观圆整,流动性好,粒径分布范围为1O~80 μm,包封率为80%以上,体外释放72 h的释药率为43.95%。由于该疫苗的抗原包封率高,缓释性能好,且重现性好,简单易行,适宜应用于工业化生产。

Abstract: An inactivated vaccine with microeapsule shape against fowl cholera was prepared by drying in liquid,and the shape ,distribution of particle size,entrapment eficiency and capability of slow release of the microcapsule were studied.The experiment indicated that the microcapsule were spherical,and distribution of particle size was about 10—80 μm,entrapment efficiency was over 8O%, accumulated release rate was 43.95% when releasing for 72 h in vitro.Because of its high entrapment efficiency,good capability of slow release,good repeatability and simple process of manufacture,the vaccine can be applied to industrial production.
