摘要: 综述了抗病诱导剂的种类、抗病机制以及抗病诱导剂在采后果蔬贮藏中的应用研究进展,重点概述了化学诱导剂水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸类物质(JAs)、一氧化氮(NO)、壳聚糖、苯并噻二唑(BTH)、Harpin蛋白等在采后果蔬病原菌控制方面的应用。同时,针对目前抗病诱导剂应用过程存在的问题,提出今后的研究方向和重点。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the categories and mechanisms of the disease-controlling-elicitors, which are applied on the processing of harvested agricultural products. The elicitors discussed here included salicylic acid(SA), jasmonates(JAs), NO, chitosan, benzothiadiazole(BTH)and Harpin protein. The current problems and future potential applications of these elicitors were also discussed.
