摘要: 以紫花亚菊(Ajania purpurea)组培苗茎段、叶片为外植体,在附加不同浓度植物生长调节剂6BA和NAA的MS培养基上诱导培养,获得再生植株。对试验结果进行观察分析筛选出合适的配方: 愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+10 mg·L-1 6BA+01 mg·L-1 NAA,诱导率达956%;芽诱导培养基为: MS+10 mg·L-1 6BA+02 mg·L-1 NAA,诱导率达82%;不定根最适诱导培养基为: 1/2 MS+015 mg·L-1 IBA,生根率达90%以上,再生植株移栽成活率达90%。

Abstract: A plant regeneration system from leaves and stems of tissuecultured Ajania purpurea was developed in this study. The results showed that the callus was induced with a rate of 956% on an optimal medium MS+10 mg·L-1 6BA+01 mg·L-1 NAA. The highest induction rate of the adventitious shoots from the calli on the medium of MS+10 mg·L-1 6BA+02 mg·L-1 NAA was 82%. The optimal medium for adventitious root inducing was 1/2MS+015 mg·L-1 IBA, with a rooting rate of 90%. The plantlets were transplanted to pots with sands, vermiculite and peat to acclimate for 2-3 weeks. Then the survival plantlets were transferred outdoors with 90% transplanting survival rate.
