不同诱芯和诱捕器对梨小食心虫的诱捕效果比较

Effects of different sex pheromone lures and traps on trapping efficiency of Grapholitha molesta(Busck) adults

摘要: 为了寻找诱杀梨小食心虫的最佳诱芯与诱捕器组合,比较研究了4种来源诱芯、4种类型诱捕器和2种诱捕器设置高度对梨小食心虫成虫的诱捕效果试验。结果表明,三角形诱捕器与船形诱捕器的诱捕效果极显著好于笼形诱捕器与水盆形诱捕器,其中三角形诱捕器与船形诱捕器之间差异不显著,水盆形诱捕器与笼形诱捕器的差异也不显著,但诱捕的相对效率大小为三角形>船形>笼形>水盆形诱捕器。4种不同来源诱芯的诱捕效果差异不显著,但以北京中捷四方生物科技有限公司诱捕的相对效率较好。性诱捕器放置高度1 m和放置2 m对梨小食心虫的诱捕效果无显著差异。研究表明,三角形诱捕器和北京中捷四方生物科技有限公司生产的诱芯组合对梨小食心虫的诱捕效果最好。该结果可为合理利用性信息素对梨小食心虫种群动态的有效监测和防治提供依据。

Abstract: In order to select the best combination of sex pheromone lures and traps, effects of four kinds sex pheromone lures, four kinds traps and two heights on trapping efficiency of Grapholitha molesta(Busck) adults were conducted in pear orchards in Tonglu County, Zhejiang province in this paper. The results showed trapping effect of triangle\| and ship\|shape traps was extremely significantly higher than those of cage\| and water basin\|shape traps, in which no significant difference in trapping effect between triangle\| and ship\|shape traps, and between cage\| and water basin\|shape traps was found, respectively. But the order of relative trapping efficiency was triangle\|>ship\|>cage\|>water basin\|shape traps. There was no obvious difference in trapping effect among four kinds of sex pheromone lures, but the higher relative trapping efficiency was the product of Pherobio Technology Co. Ltd. No significant difference in trapping efficiency of lures placed at the height of 1 m and 2 m was also found. It was concluded that the strongest attracting efficiency to G. molesta was the combination of triangle\|shape trap and the sex pheromone lure from Beijing Pherobio Technology Co. Ltd. The conclusion will provide a scientific basis for effectively monitoring and controlling the population of the insect pest by rational utilization of the sex pheromone for G. molesta.
