摘要: 褐化是植物组织培养过程中常见的不利现象,极大地限制了组培技术在多种植物上的应用。近年来,关于切伤对植物生理代谢产生的影响及切伤后的信号转导过程方面的研究取得了很大的进展,为植物组培褐化的发生机制研究提供了新思路。首先从植物的种类和基因型、外植体、培养基成分及培养条件综述了植物组培褐化的发生特点;然后,从褐化对植物细胞形态的影响以及组培褐化过程中植物细胞发生的生理代谢变化及基因调控,阐述了植物组培褐化可能的发生机制;最后指出了目前组培褐化研究中存在的不足之处,并提出了一些建议,为进一步了解并研究植物组培褐化的发生机制提供参考。

Abstract: Browning was a harmful phenomenon often observed in plant tissue culture and greatly limited the application of plant tissue culture technology in many plants. In recent years, researches on the physiological changes and signal transduction after artificial wound have made great progress, which provided a new view to the exploration on mechanism of plant browning. First, studies on characteristics of browning such as plant species and genotypes, explants, type and composition of the medium and culture conditions were reviewed. Then we focused on the review of recent advances in the mechanism research of browning mainly from the changes in morphological, physiological and molecular lever. Finally, some problems and suggestions about browning in the plant tissue cultures were pointed out, which might be helpful in thoroughly understanding the mechanism of browning in plant tissue culture.
