摘要: 三叶青为中国特有的具有重要药用价值的植物。现代药理研究表明,三叶青具有较好的抗肿瘤活性,黄酮类化合物是三叶青的主要组成成分和功效成分。在相关文献的基础上,从植物学、化学成分、毒理药理学、临床应用、人工栽培、生物技术等方面对三叶青在各个领域的研究成果进行了总结,并探讨了今后的研究方向,在保护濒危种质资源三叶青的同时,为合理开发与利用三叶青的药用价值提供科学依据。

Abstract:  Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg is one of Chinese characteristics plants which has important medical value. Modern pharmacological studies had shown that it had good antitumor activity, and flavonoids were the major and functional components of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum. This paper provided a detailed description of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg from botany, chemical composition, toxicology and pharmacology, clinical applications, artificial cultivation and biotechnology, the future research directions of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg were also discussed, which could offer scientific references for its rational utilization as medicine and appropriate protection as endangered plant.
