摘要: 为了提高农产品仓储管理效率,降低仓储管理中因查找或盘点而产生的物品损坏与人力耗费,文章以NRF2401无线通信模块为核心,设计了用于农产品仓储查询系统的无线网络硬件。包括用于查询定位响应的标签节点和用于下达查询命令的协调器。通信性能测试表明,无线查询网络以0 dBm发射功率通信,射频功率放大20 dBm,系统通信距离150 m之内,丢包率小于35%,节点低功耗模式的工作电流为011335 mA,活动模式工作电流为470428 mA,通信功耗低。表明该查询网络能够应用于冷链仓储管理的全过程,工作可靠性高。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of products warehouse management and reduce goods loss and labor, we designed a wireless communication network for finding goods in the warehouse based on wireless communication module—NRF2401. This network included a label node for fixing a position on responding, and a coordinator for sending command to label node. The communication performance test showed that the node with a 0 dBm RF power and appending a PA with 20 dBm exhibited a lower packet loss rate less than 35% within a 150 m communication distance. And the electric currents were 011335 mA in a low\|power mode, and 470428 mA in an active mode, which means the lower energy consumption of communication, and also have a high reliability. Therefore, this browse network could be equipped in the whole process of warehouse management.
