响应面结合主成分分析筛选烟草种子最佳引发条件

Combining response surface analysis and principal component analysis to optimize priming condition in tobacco seeds

摘要: 以红花大金元和云烟97种子为材料,采用响应面试验设计和主成分分析方法,通过20个处理组合对烟草种子进行引发处理,对烟草种子引发时间、引发温度和引发液pH三个因素组合进行优化筛选。然后进行标准发芽试验,以发芽结束后的幼苗全苗长、苗干重、苗鲜重和活力指数为响应量进行响应面和主成分分析。筛选到最佳的红花大金元种子引发条件为引发时间49 h,引发温度30℃,引发pH为5;最佳的云烟97种子引发条件为引发时间45 h,引发温度21℃,引发pH为6。

Abstract: Response surface analysis (RSA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were used to optimize the combination of priming time, priming temperature and the pH values of priming solution in tobacco seeds of cv. Honghua Dajinyuan and Yunyan 97. According to the RSA design, the tobacco seeds were treated by 20 combinations. After that, the germination test of treated seeds was conducted; seedling height, dry weight, fresh weight and vigor index were measured and analyzed by RSA and PCA. Finally, the optimal combination of priming time, priming temperature and the pH values in priming solution were obtained, priming time was 49 h and 45 h, priming temperature was 30℃ and 21℃ and pH values was 5 and 6 for Honghua Dajinyuan and for Yunyan97, respectively.
