摘要:

综合运用超效率DEA模型和曼奎斯特(Malmquist)指数法从静态和动态两个角度,对陕西省16个国家级产粮大县(区)农业生产效率进行了分析。研究发现:从整体上来看,16个县(区)2007—2008年的全要素生产率增幅最大;从各个县(区)来看,武功县的农业生产综合效率和全要素生产率均领先于其他县(区);从全要素生产率的增长结构来看,2005—2009年间16个县(区)的全要素生产率的增长主要来自于农业技术进步,而不是技术效率和规模效率的提高。

Abstract:

This paper used superefficiency DEA model and Malmquist index comprehensively to analyze the efficiency of the sixteen statelevel major grainproducing counties in Shaanxi Province from static and dynamic views. It was found that: judging from the whole, the total factor productivity had the fastest growth speed during 2007 to 2008; judging from each county, both the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production and the total factor productivity of Wugong County were ahead of other counties; judging from the growth structure of total factor productivity, the growth of the total factor productivity of the sixteen counties was mainly from agricultural technology progress, neither from the improvement of technical efficiency nor scale efficiency during 2005 to 2009.
