磁粉对烟草丸化种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Effects of seed pelleting with magnetic powder on tobacco seed germination and seedling growth

摘要:

以‘红花大金元’和‘MS云烟85’2个烟草品种种子为材料,研究了不同浓度磁粉丸化以及不同丸化方法对烟草丸化种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,仅在外层填充剂中添加磁粉,其浓度为2%(B2),5%(B5)和8%(B8)的3个处理对2个烟草品种种子发芽势、发芽率以及发芽指数均无不良影响,且‘红花大金元’B2和B8显著提高了幼苗的根长,而B5则显著提高了幼苗的苗高。‘MS云烟85’的B2,B5和B8均显著提高了苗高,同时,B5的苗干重显著高于对照。表明磁粉丸化浓度为2%~8%,采用外层添加磁粉的处理是较佳的种子丸化方案。

Abstract:

In present experiment, seeds of two tobacco cultivars, Honghua Dajinyuan and MS Yunyan 85, were used to investigate effects of seed pelleting with magnetic powder on tobacco seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that three treatments with magnetic powder concentrations of 2% (B2), 5% (B5) and 8% (B8) were mixed with second layer powder of the pelleting, respectively, had no negative influence on germination emergence, germination percentage and germination index of two tobacco cultivar seeds. For Honghua Dajinyuan, root length and shoot height significantly increased in treatments of B2 and B8 , and B5, respectively. For MS Yunyan 85, shoot height was obviously improved by B2, B5 and B8, and shoot dry weight was significantly enhanced by B5. It suggested that the suitable magnetic powder concentration for seed pelleting was 2% to 8%, and adding magnetic powders to the second layer of the pelleting was better.
