基于地理编码的生鲜蔬菜安全生产与溯源技术

摘要:

分析了当前生鲜蔬菜安全生产的产地编码方式、产地信息表达形式以及生产档案登记等三方面内容,旨在研究符合生产实际的生鲜蔬菜安全生产与溯源技术。通过引入全国统一的行政区划码(行政村级)作为产地地理编码的主体,设计的15位产地地理编码解决了目前编码方式的有效性、普适性和规范性较差的弊端。应用地理编码技术将产地环境信息的空间位置与文本信息进行对应,完成产地环境相关信息图形化与数字化表达。此外,参考GAP规范设计了包含生鲜蔬菜生产、包装和销售各环节的标准化档案登记规范。在此基础上,以产地地理编码为索引,结合生产过程信息,应用Flex技术、WebGIS技术和WebServices技术研究并构建了生鲜蔬菜安全生产管理与溯源系统。并将产地地理编码印刷成产品追溯条码标签,附贴到产品上进行销售,实现了蔬菜种植基地、专卖店、配送单位以及消费者之间的溯源应用。

Abstract: In this article, the current production file, code layout and description way of origin place have been analyzed in detail, it was proposed to investigate safe and traceable technology which was fit to the actual situation for fresh vegetables. Here the way to combine national regional code (administrative village level) was adopted as the main part of place geocoding, and this 15 digits code fixed the present puzzle of validation, generalization and specification of coding pattern. Subsequently, the digitization and graphically for spatial characters and related attribute information of place environment integrated with geocoding were achieved. Furthermore, this study designed a new specification of production file for producing, packaging and distribution of fresh vegetables reference to GAP. Finally, on the basis of place geocoding and production information, a system for safe producing management and product tracking of fresh vegetables was developed with Flex, WebGIS and Webservices technology. In a case study, the place geocoding was printed as tracking tag, and the traceability among planting land, vegetable store, distribution units and consumers was figured out reliably.
