摘要:

基于文化禀赋对茶产业发展影响的实证,旨在探究具有文化特征功能性农业的可转型路径与发展模式。依据现代社会消费需求特点与经济化差异性,可将现有茶文化资源分为文化遗产、文化古迹、文化历史和非物质文化遗产,这些文化资源可通过茶文化旅游、茶品销售、茶文化表演、茶创意产品、茶衍生产品、茶馆茶会所和茶会活动等七大模式实现其经济化。

Abstract: Economic mode of agriculture with culture endowment was explored in this article by the positive investigation on the case of tea industry and tea culture. From perspective of consumption and economization difference, the resources of tea culture could be divided into two categories, i.e. tangible and intangible cultural forms, which may be further classified into four types. These resources of tea culture can realize economization by path of tourism of tea culture, marketing of tea product, performance with tea culture, teaculture creativity, and development of derived tea product, industry of tea house and economic activity of tea party respectively.
