目前无选择标记技术已经成为基因工程中安全转基因研究方面的一个重要内容,转基因植物中标记基因的去除,一方面有利于消除公众对转基因的恐惧心理,另一方面有利于科学家向已转化植物中重复转入外源目标基因。文章对近几年出现的几种无选择标记技术作一综述,并对该技术的发展进行了展望。

Abstract: The markerfree technology has been an important content of safetransgenic research. On one hand, removal of selective marker genes could help to eliminate the publics fear of transgenic; on the other hand it would help scientists to multitransformate the foreign genes into the transgenic plants. This review summarized several methods of removing correlative marker genes and gave a prospect of their development.
