孜然根腐病病原分离及鉴定

Identification and isolation of root rot pathogen of Cucuminum cyminum L.

摘要: 选取孜根腐病病株根系分离、鉴定出Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht,Fusarium solani(mart.)Sacc.和Rhizoctonia sp. 和未知真菌(属于半知菌亚门,种属待定)4种主要致病菌。致病性测定结果表明:4种菌表现出不同程度的致病性,未知真菌单独接种发病率为700%,致病性强,是孜然根腐病的主要致病菌;其次为F. oxysporum和F. solani,发病率分别为 50.9%和43.2%;Rhizoctonia sp.的发病率较低,为11.0%。用未知真菌、F.oxysporum、F. solan和Rhizoctonia sp.进行混和接种,其发病率为97.4%,症状典型,说明孜然根腐病由多种病原菌复合侵染所致。

Abstract: Diseased roots of root rot were selected and pathogen of Cucuminum cyminum L., Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani(mart.) Sacc., Rhizoctonia sp. and a kind of unknown pathogen belonged to Deuteromycotina were isolated and identified. After the wound inoculation, the incidence of root rot diseases of a kind of unknown pathogen, which belonged to Deuteromycotina, showed a higher value of 70.0%, F. oxysporum, F. solani and Rhizoctonia were 50.9%, 43.2%and 11.0%, respectively. The incidence of root rot diseases of its mixture inoculation was 97.4%. The test of isolation and identification of the pathogen and pathogenecity showed that the root rot of Cucuminum cyminum L. was caused by a complex infection of F. oxysporum, F. solani, Rhizoctonia and a kind of unknown pathogen belonged to Deuteromycotina.
