航天诱变凤仙花SP1代单株小孢子大小的回归分析

Regression analysis on microspore in SP1 generation of Impatiens balsamina induced by space flight

摘要: 在对航天诱变凤仙花SP1代单株小孢子大小、数目研究的基础上,利用数理统计原理,并借助SPSS15.0统计软件对数据进行了相关的假设检验,对其变异现象给出了合理的理论分析,并建立了适当的多元线性回归模型。该模型可对航天诱变凤仙花SP1代单株小孢子的大小、数目进行预测,即SP1代诱变株小孢子总数与其对应的大、中、小3种型号小孢子数目的预测。

Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of the microspore size in SP1 generation of Impatiens balsamina induced by space flight and on the principle of mathematical statistics, we used SPSS15.0 statistical software to analyze the data, which gave the reasonable theoretical analysis and built the model of linear regression. This model can predict microspore size and number in SP1 generation of Impatiens balsamina induced by space flight including three types of microspore number as large, middle and small in total.
