观音茶不同提取方法香味物质分析及其在卷烟滤嘴中的应用

Aroma compounds extracted from Tieguanyin tea by various methods and its application performance in cigarette filters

摘要: 以铁观音茶为研究对象,采用水提取法、乙醇提取法、超临界萃取法和亚临界萃取法,结合GCMS法比较不同提取方法提取铁观音茶香味物质的差异;并将其提取物添加到卷烟滤棒中,评价其对卷烟烟气的贡献。结果表明,超临界萃取法能较好地将铁观音茶叶的香味物质提取出来,且其提取物与卷烟协调,是一种相对高效、经济的提取方法,较适合作为铁观音茶叶烟用提取物的制备方法。

Abstract: To get a better understanding of aroma compounds derived from tea, extracts from Tieguanyin tea were obtained by the methods of water extraction, ethanol extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, and subcritical extraction, respectively, of which the volatile and semi\|volatile compounds, especially aroma compounds, were determined by the combination of gas chromatography and mass spectrum method (GC\|MS). Additionally, performances of the various extracts on cigarette quality were investigated when the extracts were applied in cigarette filters as well. As the results indicated, compared with the other three methods, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction showed a better contribution to aroma compounds extraction from Tieguanyin tea in this research. According to the assessment of cigarette quality taste, extracts from supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method also had a better significant influence on it. It is concluded that supercritical carbon dioxide extraction is a relatively appropriate method, with high efficiency and economic effectiveness, for preparing cigarette quality-oriented extract.
