摘要: 石莼属绿藻在全国沿海广泛分布,浙江省是石莼属绿藻开发利用的大省,产品不但供应国内市场,而且远销海外。文章对浙江省象山、奉化内湾海区及舟山外海岛屿枸杞岛地区的常见石莼属绿藻进行了初步研究,对不同时间采集的样品,通过结合形态学观察和分子生物学的方法进行了种类鉴定。结果显示,象山、奉化地区在1月至3月间的优势种为Ulva prolifera,并伴随生长着少量Ulva linza,Ulva flexuosa等绿藻。在舟山枸杞岛地区, Ulva pertusa和Ulva fasciata较为常见。

Abstract: Green algae Ulva grow widely along the coastline of China Zhejiang Province is a major province which makes use of Ulva Its products not only supply the domestic but also the international market Common Ulva samples were collected from different locations in different times in 2011, including inner bay of Xiangshan, Fenghua and open sea island Gouqi Identification was conducted by combining morphological observation and molecular biological methods The results showed that dominant species in Xiangshan and Fenghua from January to March was Ulva prolifera, cohabitating with Ulva linza and Ulva flexuosa However, in Gouqi Island Ulva pertusa and Ulva fasciata were more common.
