红叶石楠炭疽病的病原鉴定及杀菌剂的室内筛选

摘要: 对红叶石楠炭疽病病原进行了分离鉴定,经形态学观察和ITS序列分析确定该菌为胶孢炭疽菌。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了14种杀菌剂对红叶石楠炭疽病菌的抑制作用,在此基础上初步筛选出4种对红叶石楠炭疽病菌具有较强作用的杀菌剂并进行毒力测定。结果表明,在这4种杀菌剂中,25%咪酰胺EC的抑菌作用最强,其EC50值为0.00004 μg·mL-1;其次是450 g·L-1咪酰胺EC(EC50值为0.00005 μg·mL-1)和450 g·L-1咪酰胺EW(EC50值分别为000018),最弱的是50%咪酰胺锰盐WP,EC50为0.2554 μg·mL-1。

Abstract: Colletotrichum sp isolated from Photinia serrulata was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides based on its morphological and molecular characteristics The antifungal activities of 14 fungicides against C gloeosporioides were determined by mycelium growth rate method Four of these fungicides were primarily screened, and their toxic effects on Cgloeosporioides were tested, respectively The results showed that 25% Prochloraz EC exhibited significant inhibition activity at concentration of 000004 μg·mL-1,then is Prochloraz EC (450 g·L-1) at concentration of 0.00005 μg·mL-1,Prochloraz EW (450 g·L-1) at concentration of 0.00018 μg·mL-1, and 50% prochlorazmanganese WP at concentraion of 0.2554 μg·mL-1.
