Abstract: With the sustainable and rapid development of marine economy， the marine industry structure has been rationalized and highly optimized in recent decades Whether the marine industry structure is rationalized or not is of vital importance to the marine economy of a country Although the marine economy of China has made great strides in development， there still exists many factors which restrict further optimization and upgrading of marine industry structure Finance is one of the most important influencing factors Financial interrelations ratio and the value of marine industry structure were taken as research objects， the conclusion that financial support does Granger cause optimization of marine industrystructure was made by Granger causality test It was suggested that the government should construct a favorable financial environment， fully played the role of financial support for the development of marine industry structure， and actively led private capital to the second and third marine industry， in order to promote the optimization and upgrading of marine industry structure.
