复方中草药添加剂对冷冻前后种公鸡精液品质及种蛋的影响

摘要: 选取4o周龄体重一致的安卡红种公鸡6o只,随机分为A,B两组,每组30只。A组为试验组,饲喂基础日粮中添加1.5%复方中草药添加剂的日粮;B组为对照组,只喂基础日粮,研究复方中草药添加剂对冷冻前后种公鸡精液品质及种蛋受精率和健雏率的影响。结果表明:复方中草药添加剂能显著改善冷冻前种公鸡采精量、精子密度和精子畸形率(P<0.05);同时也能显著改善冷冻后种公鸡的精子活率和精子畸形率(P<0.05);冷冻前A组比B组受精率提高9.1% 、健雏率提高3.7% ,冷冻后A组比B组受精率提高11.9%、健雏率提高5%。由此可见,复方中草药添加剂能用来改善冷冻前后种公鸡的精液品质,进而提高种蛋的受精率和健雏率。

Abstract: With consistent weight,60 forty-week-old breeder cocks were randomly divided into two groups including 30 cocks respectively,named A and B.Group A was treatment group,fed with basic diets supplemented with 1.5% Chinese
herb feed additives,while Group B was the control group,only fed with basic diets to study efect of Chinese herb fed additives on semen quality and the breeding eggs of breeder cocks before and after freezing .The results showed that Chinese herbfedadditives could obvioaslyimprovetheselTlen volume.the sperm concentrationandthe sperm abnormal ratebefore freezing (P <O.05);and also obviously improve sperm motility and the sperm abnormal rate after freezing (P <0.05).Compared to Group B before freezing,the fertilization rate and healthy chick rate of Group A Was enhanced by 9.1% ,and 3.7% ,mpectively.Compared to Group B after freezing,the fertilization rate and healthy chick rate of Group A was enhanced by 11.9% and 5%.Therefore,it can be concluded that Chinese herbfeed additives could improve the semen quality of breeder cocks,then enhanee the fertilization rate of breeding eggs and healthy chick rate.
