浙江省适栽蓝莓品种筛选试验初报

Preliminary report on adaptability selection of 10 blueberry varieties in Zhejiang

摘要: 以引进浙江省诸暨市的蓝美1号、夏普蓝、密斯梯、奥尼尔、戴安娜、灿烂、顶峰、粉蓝、园蓝、巴尔德温等10个蓝莓品种为试材,进行植株性状、成熟期、丰产性、果实外观性状、质地、风味的观测,及果实维生素C、总糖、总酸以及花色苷含量的测定分析。结果表明:南高丛品种夏普蓝、密斯梯、戴安娜,以及兔眼品种巴尔德温生长势较强、成熟期早、丰产性好和果实性状优良,适宜鲜食品种发展;兔眼品种园蓝生长势强、深蓝果色、花色苷含量高、营养成分较高以及丰产性好,作为加工首选品种;南高丛品种蓝美1号成熟期较早、果型适中、丰产性好,以及花色苷含量丰富、营养价值较高,作为鲜食与加工兼用品种发展。

Abstract: Using 10 introduced varieties of blueberry in Zhuji City Zhejiang Province as experimental materials, such as Bluebeauty No.1, Sharpblue, Misty, ONeal, Diana, Brightwell, Climax, Powderblue, Gardenblue and Baldwin, the plant character, mature period, high yield, fruit character, texture, flavor and content of Vc, sugar, acid and anthocyanins were determined respectively. The results showed that the plant character, mature period, high yield and fruit character of Sharpblue, Misty, Diana and Baldwin were better than other varieties, these four varieties were suitable for fresh-eating. Gardenblue was better not only in plant growth vigor, high yield, but also in content of anthocyanins and other nutrients, and suitable for juice processing. Blue-beauty No.1 matured earlier, with medium fruit type, higher yield and anthocyanin content, which can be used for fresh-eating or processing concurrently.
