摘要: 从青海省种植菊芋的根际土壤中分离得到能产菊粉酶的菌株46株,从中筛选获得了1株产菊粉酶能力较高的菌株,酶活达到6.67 U·mL-1,且该菌株产菊粉酶类型为外切酶。通过对其rDNA-ITS的序列测定及分析,再结合形态学观察,将菌株鉴定为雅致放射毛霉Actinomucor elegans。

Abstract:

The 46 strains that produced inulase were screened from rhizosphere soil where Jerusalem artichoke was planted in Qinghai. One strain with high inulinase productivity was obtained through further screening and the enzyme activity was 6.67 U·mL-1. This inulinase was exo-inulinase. Through determination and analysis of the rDNA-ITS sequence, and analysis of morphology, the fungus was identified as Actinomucor elegans.
