摘要: 草莓斑驳病毒(SMoV)和草莓轻型黄边病毒(SMYEV)分布较广,危害较重。应用CTAB法提取草莓总RNA,以优质的草莓总RNA为模板,结合扩增内标的检测体系,建立了SMoV和SMYEV的多重RT\|PCR检测体系,可以对草莓田间植株和试管苗进行快速稳定的病毒检测。

Abstract: Strawberry mottle virus(SMoV) and Strawberry mild yellow edge virus(SMYEV), which are found world\|wide, can cause serious crop losses. Total RNA for reverse transcriptase\|polymerase chain reaction (RT\|PCR) was extracted from strawberry with CTAB method. A multiplex RT\|PCR assay was used for simultaneous detecting SMoV and SMYEV based on ndh B gene as the internal control. Both field plants and test\|tube plantlets of strawberries were detected effectively.
