Genetic architecture of quantitative traits based on Shanyou63 recombinant inbred lines

摘要: 以水稻汕优63衍生的241个重组自交系为供试材料,构建包括221个主效应以及两两标记间221×(221-1)/2=24 310个上位性效应在内的超饱和统计遗传模型。分别采用EBAYES,Stepwise,PENAL,LASSO和SSVS 5种超饱和模型分析方法对该群体进行模拟试验,获得最优的分析方法EBAYES,并用该方法对该群体的10个农艺性状进行QTL分析,共检测到73个QTL,分布于水稻的12条染色体上,进一步证实该强优势籼型杂交组合的遗传构成。

Abstract: In this paper, based on a set of 241 recombinant inbred lines (RIL) derived from Shanyou63, the simulated data of an oversaturated genetic model including 221 main effects and 221×(221-1)/2=24 310 epitasis effects were analyzed by five methods: EBAYES, Stepwise, PENAL, LASSO and SSVS, respectively. The results of the simulation study indicated that the EBAYES method provided accurate estimates of both the QTL effects and location with very high statistical power. A total of 73 QTL covering 12 rice chromosomes were found by the method of EBAYES underlying 10 agronomic traits, which provided a deeper understanding of the genetic architecture of the cross.
