Study on rapid propagation of mutant Photinia fraseri in vitro

摘要: 以红叶石楠芽变带芽茎段为外植体,开展组培快繁技术研究,重点探索6\|BA,NAA,IBA浓度组合对变异株系的增殖、生根及性状稳定性的影响。结果表明:最适宜的增殖培养基为:MS+05 mg·L-1 NAA+15 mg·L-1 6\|BA,变异性状稳定率达到100%;最适宜的生根培养基为:1/2MS+05 mg·L-1 NAA,30 d生根率达到68%,移栽成活率达90%以上。

Abstract: Taking the mutant shoots of Photinia fraseri as explants, studies were carried out to understand the effects of different concentration combinations of 6\|BA, NAA, IBA on the mutant proliferation, rooting and stability of Photinia fraseri. The results showed that: the optimal proliferation medium was MS+05 mg·L-1 NAA+15 mg·L-1 6\|BA, and the stability rate of mutant characters reached 100%. The most suitable medium for rooting was 1/2MS+05 mg·L-1 NAA, and the rooting rate reached 68% in 30 d, the transplanting survival rate was more than 90%.
