Abstract:  Expression levels of ADD1 gene in livers， kidneys， hearts， lungs， longissimus muscle， semimembranosus muscle and subcutaneous fat of Qiandongnan small Xiang goat， Guizhou white goat， Guizhou black goat， Qianbei Ma goat and Nanjiang yellow goat were detected by real\|time fluorescence quantitative RT\|PCR. The results showed that， there were no differences of the expression levels in tissues of Qiandongnan small Xiang goat（P＞005）. High expression levels were observed in longissimus muscle， heart and semimembranosus muscle of Guizhou white goat（P＜005）， liver of Guizhou black goat， kidney of Qianbei Ma goat， and heart of Nanjiang yellow goat. In hearts and semimembranosus muscle， there were no differences of expression levels of ADD1 gene among breeds（P＞005）. But， in livers， kidneys， lungs， longissimus muscle and subcutaneous fat， significant differences of ADD1 expression level were detected（P＜005）. The results suggested that the tissue expression patterns and levels of ADD1 gene in Guizhou native goat breeds were different.
