摘要:
为分析我国乡村振兴与新型城镇化在协同发展过程中的基本现状和存在的问题,构建乡村振兴与新型城镇化协调发展评价指标体系,从时间和空间维度对我国乡村振兴与新型城镇化的耦合协调度展开分析,用Tobit计量方法分析影响乡村振兴与新型城镇化耦合协调度的主要因素。结果显示,整体上我国乡村振兴与新型城镇化的耦合协调度逐年上升,但仍存在提升空间,区域差异较为明显,大多数省份处于基本协调状态,处于失调状态的省份主要位于西部。人力资本、财政支农水平、开放程度、农业机械化水平、创新水平对乡村振兴与新型城镇化的耦合协调度有显著影响,其中,农业机械化水平的影响最大。人力资本、财政支农水平对西部的影响较大,农村物流业水平、农业机械化水平、创新水平对东部的影响较大。
