基于SNPID的果蔬膨化温度控制系统实现

摘要: 在果蔬膨化过程中,由于加热仓内温度存在干扰和滞后问题,造成了果蔬膨化温度控制系统品质的下降。文章提出采用二次型性能指标来进行参数调整的单神经元SNPID控制方法,以S7-300 PLC为硬件载体设计出了SNPID控制器。该控制器的开发有效地改善了果蔬膨化温度控制系统性能,提高了系统的响应速度、控制精度及稳定性。

Abstract: In the fruits and vegetables puffing process, there are interference and lag problems in the temperature of the heating tank. The interference and hysteresis caused the decline in quality of fruits and vegetables in extrusion machine temperature control system. This essay presented the quadratic performance index control method, which was proposed for parameter adjustment single neuron SNPID, and SNPID controller were designed by S7-300 PLC as the hardware carrier. The design of the controller improved the fruits and vegetables puffing temperature control system performance effectively, and advanced the system response speed, control precision and stability.
