摘要: 农作物秸秆是农业生产的主要副产品,炭化是对秸秆资源能源化利用的一种有效途径。根据秸秆炭化原理,针对农作物秸秆比较细而容易烧透的问题,设计了一种连续热辐射式秸秆炭化炉,并设计了该炭化炉的控制系统。控制系统由以ATmega16芯片为中央处理器的下位机模块和以ARM结构嵌入式低功耗CPU为核心的上位机彩色触摸屏模块组成,两者之间采用Modbus通信协议进行通信。利用所设计的热辐射式秸秆炭化炉进行验证试验,结果表明,该炭化炉结构合理,性能可靠,控制系统结构简单,能满足农作物秸秆连续炭化要求。

Abstract: Crop straw is the main by-product of agricultural production. Carbonization is an effective way of straw resource utilization. In the present study, a continuous thermal radiant straw carbonization furnace was designed, together with a control system for biomass continuous carbonization. The control system consisted of ATmega16 chip and the PC color touch screen module which was based on the low-power ARM architecture CPU core. The communication of the system was realized by the Modbus protocol. After a test trial, it was shown that the carbonization furnace structure was reasonable and reliable. The structure of control system was simple, and could meet the requirements of continuous carbonization process of crop straw.
