高效氯氟氰菊酯对小白菜生长和硫代葡萄糖苷含量的影响

摘要: 以小白菜为研究对象,通过不同浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理后,在不同采收间隔期取样,对小白菜生长以及硫代葡萄糖苷进行分析。结果表明,喷施1 000倍液5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂后,小白菜生物量与其他处理相比有所增加;高浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯能促进小白菜硫代葡萄糖苷的产生,尤其是250倍液处理后,小白菜植株中吲哚族硫苷的含量显著增加(P<0.05)。

Abstract: In this paper, pakchoi was treated with different concentrations of 5% lambda-cyhalothrin and harvested at different intervals, then the growth and glucosinolates(GSs) of pakchoi were analyzed. The results showed that the biomass was increased with 1 000-fold dilution of 5% cyhalothrin microemulsion compared with other treatments. The contents of GSs in pakchoi were also increased with high concentrations of lambda-cyhalothrin, and the indole GSs content of pakchoi was significantly increased with 250-fold dilution of 5% lambda-cyhalothrin.
