外源NO对低温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长、叶片膜脂过氧化和光合作用的影响

Effects of exogenous nitric oxide on plant growth, membrane lipid peroxidation and photosynthesis in cucumber seedling leaves under low temperature

摘要: 以‘津春4号’黄瓜为试材,研究了外源NO对低温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长、膜脂过氧化和光合作用的影响。结果表明,在9℃/9℃(昼/夜)的低温胁迫下,黄瓜幼苗的生长受到严重抑制,干重、鲜重、叶绿素含量和光合速率显著下降,膜透性和MDA含量显著增加;而叶面喷施外源100 μmol·L-1 NO供体硝普钠(SNP) 显著缓解了低温对黄瓜幼苗的抑制作用,膜透性和MDA含量显著降低,叶绿素含量和光合速率显著升高。正常生长下叶面喷施NO对黄瓜幼苗无显著影响。

Abstract: The study was conducted to investigate the effect of exogenous nitric oxide on growth of cucumber seedlings, membrane lipid peroxidation and photosynthesis under low temperature conditions of 9℃/9℃ (day /night). The results showed that the growth of cucumber seedlings was significantly restrained under low temperature. Accompanying the great decreases in dry weight, fresh weight, chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis rate, the membrane permeability and content of MDA markedly increased in low temperature treatment. However, spraying of 100 μmol·L-1 SNP, a donor of nitric oxide, to surface of leaves significantly alleviated the injuries from low temperature, the decrease of chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis rate as well as the increase of membrane permeability and content of MDA were also significantly alleviated as compared to the non-SNP-treated counterpart. There were no obvious effects of exogenous nitric oxide on seedlings under normal temperature conditions.
