Abstract: In order to screen out suitable kinds and concentrations of rooting agents， six different rooting agents were used to investigate their effects on rooting and growth of cutting propagation in Huiming baicha. The results showed that all rooting agents had significant effect under suitable concentration， especially the treatment of 800 mg·L-1 ABT1 solution had the best effect on the index of wound healing rate， nodulation rate， rooting rate， survival rate， number of roots， average length and weight of root for cutting seedlings， and the survival rate was 89.5%. The new shoot grew best and the length was 25.3 cm in the treatment of mixed solution of 400 mg·L-1 IBA + NAA （2:1）， which had better effect than the single treatment of IBA or NAA.
