摘要: 研究含6\|BA和GA3的保鲜剂在玫瑰切花衰老过程中对其生理生化的影响,试验结果表明:该保鲜剂可延长玫瑰切花的瓶插寿命,增加POD活性,减慢蛋白质降解的速度,降低脯氨酸含量和水分散失,增加玫瑰花枝的鲜重,延缓可溶性糖含量的降低,但对维持膜结构的相对稳定性作用不大。

Abstract: The effect of preservative containing 6\|BA and GA3 on biochemical and physiology of cut rose flowers during senescence was studied. The results showed that combined treatment of these two kinds of growth regulator can prolong the vase life of cut flowers, increase the activity of POD, slow down the rate of protein degradation, reduce the content of proline and water loss, increase the fresh weight of roses, and delay the reduce of soluble sugar content. But, it had no significant effect in maintaining the relative stability of membrane structure.
