中华鳖腐皮病的病原鉴定与药敏研究

Studies on pathogenic identification and drug sensitivity analysis of skin fester disease in soft\|shelled turtle Trionyx sinensis

摘要: 对浙江某养殖场患腐皮病的中华鳖进行了病原菌分离,分离到2株细菌(编号为040908-1和040908-2)。经人工感染试验证明,这2株细菌都是该病的致病菌。分别采取传统细菌生理生化鉴定方法以及全自动细菌鉴定仪VITEK\|32对这2株细菌进行了鉴定,结果均表明菌株040908-1为普通变形杆菌(Proteus vulgaris),而菌株040908-2为维罗纳气单胞菌温和生物变种(Aeromonas veronii biovar sobria)。研究了27种药物对这2株细菌的药敏试验,结果显示,妥布霉素、新霉素、奥复星、先锋必素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素等6种药物对这2株细菌均有良好的抑制作用,氟哌酸、吡哌酸、链霉素、四环素4种药物仅能有效抑制菌株040908-1的生长,而复方新诺明仅对菌株040908-2有显著的抑制作用。

Abstract: The skin fester disease of soft-shelled turtle Trionyx sinensis in Zhejiang Province was investigated in this paper. Two bacterial strains (040908-1, 040908-2) isolated from diseased turtles were proved to be the pathogens by artificial infection experiments, and identified to be Proteus vulgaris and Aeromonas veronii biovar sobria by the morphological and cultural features, physiological and biochemical characteristics, which agreed with the results detected by automatic bacteria identification system VITEK-32. The sensitivity of the bacterial isolates to 27 chemotherapeutants was evaluated. It showed that 6 chemotherapeutants (Tobradistin, Neomycin, Ofloxacin, Cefoperazone, Gentamycin and Kanamycin) could inhibit both isolates, while Norfloxacin, Pipemidic acid, Streptomycin and Tetracycline could only inhibit strain 040908-1, and Sulfarmehoxazole/TMP could only inhibit strain 040908-2.
