职业农民培训绩效评估研究述评

Review on evaluation of training performance of vocational farmer

摘要: 从国内外文献综述视角,首先梳理了国外一般化职业培训绩效评估体系的研究起点、发展动力以及演进路径,并构建了一个兼容多种模型划分方式的总体分类框架,然后总结中国职业农民培训绩效及其影响因素研究,最后从理论和实证2个角度提出4项研究建议,为这一问题的深入探讨提供参考。

Abstract: The present study constructed a general classification framework and provided suggestions for future research from the perspective of literature review at home and abroad. Firstly, by combing the starting point, dynamics and evolutionary path in general training evaluation research, a general framework was constructed. Then, evaluation results and its influencing factors of Chinese vocational farmer training were summarized. Finally, suggestions derived from above analysis were proposed from both theory and practice.
