摘要:
为评价矿物油乳剂(petroleum-based horticultural mineral oils,HMOs)对柑橘木虱Diaphorina citri Kuwayama (Hemiptera: Liviidae)的防治效果,在封闭空间的柑橘苗上分别设计喷施清水及0.25%、0.5%、1%、2% 4个体积分数的HMOs,调查柑橘木虱成虫在柑橘植株上的定殖率,以同样的药剂设计进行田间柑橘木虱若虫防治效果试验。结果显示,喷施1次HMOs后移入柑橘木虱,1~2 d柑橘木虱在柑橘植株上的定殖显著(P<0.05)降低,在9 d内显著(P<0.05)降低柑橘木虱在柑橘叶片上的产卵量,但在后期失去控制效果;喷施2次HMOs持续控制柑橘木虱在柑橘苗上的定殖效果优于喷施1次HMOs;喷2次HMOs后移入柑橘木虱22 d,2% HMOs处理柑橘木虱定殖比为0.15。在喷施2次HMOs后移入柑橘木虱、在移入柑橘木虱前后喷施2次HMOs和移入柑橘木虱后喷施2次HMOs的方案中,以移入柑橘木虱后喷施2次HMOs的方案最佳。田间试验表明,喷施1%和2% HMOs后2~14 d对柑橘木虱若虫防效均保持在100%,0.5% HMOs处理的防效在87.15%~90.81%,而0.25% HMOs处理防效在25.81%~34.73%,0.5%~2% HMOs处理对柑橘木虱若虫均有较高的防治效果。在柑橘黄龙病发生区,柑橘木虱发生高峰期时,采用0.5%~1% HMOs 2次以上,隔1周喷施1次,可有效控制柑橘木虱。
