芥蓝Brassica albograbra花青素合成酶基因BaANS的克隆与序列分析

摘要: 根据NCBI数据库中的已知序列设计简并引物,分别从芥蓝(Brassica albograbra)叶片基因组DNA和cDNA中克隆到了花青素合成酶基因。基因命名为BaANS,该基因全长1 369 bp,具一个长度为292 bp的内含子,编码区长度为1 077 bp,编码358个氨基酸,序列已提交到NCBI,登录号为GU170203。序列比对结果表明,BaANS与甘蓝、拟南芥、紫罗兰、白菜和芥菜等的ANS有较高的相似性。

Abstract: Degenerate primer pairs were designed according to known anthocyanidin synthase gene sequences in NCBI database. The gene, designated BaANS, was isolated from leaf genomic DNA and cDNA of Chinese kale (Brassica albograbra), respectively. Genomic DNA of BaANS gene is 1 369 bp in length with one intro of 292 bp. Complete coding sequence of BaANS is 1 077 bp in length encoding 358 amino acids. The sequence has been submitted to NCBI with accession number of GU170203. Sequence comparison with Matthiola incana, B. oleracea var. capitata, B. juncea, B. rapa ssp. campestris and Arabidopsis thaliana showed that they shared high homology.
