摘要: 近年来花椰菜与青花菜在中国的种植面积越来越大,其分子生物学和遗传育种研究也越来越受到关注和重视。国内外利用各种分子标记技术对其基因组进行了深入的研究,取得了长足的进展。文章从构建遗传图谱、基因定位、种质资源遗传多样性评价、DNA指纹图谱以及标记辅助选择等方面综述了DNA标记在花椰菜和青花菜中的研究进展,并对其前景进行了展望。

Abstract: With the development of molecular biology and the use of molecular markers,there has been great progress in genome study of cauliflower and broccoli. The main progress in researches on DNA molecular in cauliflower and broccoli was reviewed,including the construction of genetic map,gene localization, genetic diversity,DNA fingerprinting and marker assisted selection.
