荧光素对烟草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Effect of fluorescein on seed germination and seedling growth in tobacco

摘要: 利用荧光素直接包被烟草品种‘MS云烟85’与‘红花大金元’种子,研究其对种子萌发、幼苗生长及保护酶活性等的影响。结果表明:一定比例的荧光素包被对烟草种子的发芽和幼苗生长无不良影响,有提高幼苗根长的效果。在种粉比例为100∶10时,‘MS云烟85’与‘红花大金元’在种子生长指标以及生理指标上,均与对照无显著差异。表明种粉比例100∶10为较好的处理比例。

Abstract: The fluorescein is a common fluorescent dye. In present experiment, seeds of two tobacco cultivars, MS Yunyan 85 and Honghua Dajinyuan, were directly mixed with fluorescein powder. Then, seed germination performance, seedling growth and protective enzyme activities in tobacco seedlings were investigated. The results showed that fluorescein coating had no adverse effect on seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco. When the ratio of fluorescein powder was 100∶10, there was no significant difference in growth and physiological characteristics of two tobacco cultivars, MS Yunyan 85 and Honghua Dajinyuan, which indicated that the ratio of 100∶10 was optimal.
