Abstract: An immuno\|capture PCR (IC\|PCR) method was studied to detect two quarantine bacterial, Pantoea stewartii subsp. stewarii and Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. nebraskense. Specificity and sensitivity of the method were examined, and the actual sample simulation experiment was conducted. The results showed that this method was high species\|specific. The minimum limit of detection is between 10-100 cfu·mL-1. The method can also be used for detection and identification of the entry\|and\|exit samples.
