Abstract: In China， small-scale households farming is still the major organization form in agriculture. But， the existed socialized agricultural service system could not well meet the demand of households farming. In the present paper， the current status and problems of the available socialized agricultural service system was analyzed first. Then， an innovative service mode， namely， Wenzhou Agricultural Hospital， was proposed. Based on its practice， the operation mechanism， advantages and operation effects were discussed in detail. Finally， experiences and according suggestions were proposed to offer references for relative issues.
