Abstract:  The direct investment on mainland agriculture from Taiwan firms has experienced a breakthrough since the signing of ECFA. The article took the perspective of agriculture FDI， analyzed the location choice of 38 Taiwan farmers entrepreneurial parks in Mainland， summarized the location choice preference of Taiwan businessmen and put forward difference on attracting agriculture FDI among different areas。The results showed that the main influencing factors of location choice preference include Taiwan businessmens characteristics， transaction cost and market factor， etc. Thus strategic recommendations were suggested on Taiwan farmers entrepreneurial park.
