Abstract: Based on the panel data of Western China region from 2000 to 2012, this article used the environmental Kuznets curve theory to establish the EKC panel data model and investigated the relationship between agricultural growth and environmental pollution. The results showed that relationship between emission of agricultural fertilizer as well as economic growth appeard U\|shape relation, while pesticides and plastic film emissions increased linearly along with the economy. Therefore the increase of agricultural economy exacerbated the emission of pollutants and had obvious negative impact on the environment. Under the pressures of fast economic growth, the environmental protection in Western China should alleviate the upward pressure from agricultural production and reduce its damage to the environment to the minimum, especially for the usage of fertilizer, pesticides and plastic film. Meanwhile, government should also put forward related policies, cooperating with the increase of peoples environmental awareness, to promote harmony agriculture.
