Abstract: Serving the construction of new rural is a good way for college students to go from the campus toward society, serve local community, exercise their capacity, et al. This article analyzed the necessity and advantages for college student to serve the construction of new rural. Finally, three longterm mechanisms of college students serving the construction of new rural were put forward such as forming and strengthening mechanism of multibeneficiary, establishing and strengthening system safeguard mechanism, establishing and improving incentive mechanism
