Abstract: Based on the main problems existing in lowcarbon agriculture in China, this paper proposed that promoting the uses of 3R technologies (reduce, reuse and recycle) can effectively reduce the carbon emissions from agricultural production system. From the perspective of reducing carbon emissions, this paper discussed the contents of lowcarbon agriculture and the main problems of lowcarbon agricultural development; finally we proposed the technology paths of lowcarbon agricultural development and also constructed the support systems including the technologies and corresponding policies & systems.
